An extraordinary Porsche visited our install shop this week. This 2023 Porsche 718 GT4 RS is a 493 horsepower track seeking missile on wheels. Developed using parts from its larger sibling, the 911 GT3, this new Porsche 718 GT4 RS has all the bells and whistles. We loved having it at our shop, providing visual simulation while we worked. The owner plans on using this GT4 RS for what it was built to do, meaning hunt for the apex at the local track. So, we protected this new street legal racer with full XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS PPF 10MIL and followed it up with full FUSION PLUS ceramic coating.

Once the PPF was applied, we treated the Porsche’s blue and black accented paint with FUSION PLUS ceramic coating. The coating’s hydrophobic properties will enhance the paint’s color depth, help repel water, and prevent contaminants from etching. A benefit to have when it comes time to wash and clean the car after a day at the track.
